Fluid spills occur. While we will take reasonable precaution against fluid spills, we will not be held liable for such spills. They are the vehicle owner's responsibility.

We will do our best to diagnose your vehicle's problem with electronic scan tools and visual inspections. Oftentimes, the entire problem is not readily identifiable until we initiate the repair. If issues different than the initial diagnosis present themselves, we will not proceed further without the customer's permission. If the customer elects not to proceed, he/ she will be invoiced for time spent to that point.

Since we are mobile mechanics, weather issues may hamper our time frame.
